Car Alignment Blitz Reamer – 7/16″ Diameter, 1/2″ Straight Shank, Super High-Speed Steel

This reamer is made entirely from super high-speed steel (SHSS), designed for enlarging and aligning existing holes in structural steel erection, automotive, truck, and trailer manufacturing and maintenance. It features a 1/2″ straight shank with three flats to ensure a secure grip in drill chucks. The reamer has a black oxide coating and gold finish to enhance corrosion resistance and reduce friction during use. It includes a built-in collar that prevents overpenetration and facilitates deburring of welded and punched holes. The overall length is approximately 5-1/4 inches, with a cutting diameter of 7/16″ and a cutting length of about 3-3/16 inches.
