4-1/2″ Flap Disc, 36 Grit Zirconia, Type 29 (Beveled) with 7/8″ Arbor Hole

This product is a 4-1/2-inch diameter Type 29 (beveled-style) flap disc designed for aggressive grinding, beveling, and contouring on metal surfaces. It features premium zirconia abrasive flaps, bonded with resin adhesive to a durable fiberglass backing plate. The Type 29 beveled design allows for steeper grinding angles, increasing contact area for faster stock removal and efficient weld blending. The overlapping flaps wear evenly to continuously expose fresh abrasive for consistent grinding performance and cooler cutting action. The disc has a 7/8″ arbor hole for mounting on compatible right-angle grinders using a locking nut.
