This product is a 2-1/2-inch diameter flap wheel with a 1-inch width, made with aluminum oxide abrasive flaps bonded with resin. It is mounted on a 1/4″ diameter steel shank, compatible with power drills, die grinders, and rotary tools that accept 1/4″ shank-mounted accessories.
