This product is a 2-inch diameter mini flap disc featuring premium zirconia abrasive grains. It uses high-strength poly/cotton blend sanding flaps bonded with resin to provide enhanced durability and cutting performance. The disc incorporates a plastic roll-on Type R backing for quick-change attachment, making it ideal for fast tool swaps in tight workspaces. Compared to standard quick-change discs, it offers 10 to 20 times longer service life and is more resistant to loading. The disc is contaminant-free, containing less than 0.1% iron, sulfur, and chlorine, preventing after-rust on stainless steel and other corrosion-sensitive metals. It is designed for applications such as deburring, deflashing, weld line cleaning, weld splatter removal, rust removal, blending, finishing, polishing, sanding, grinding, and stock removal.
