This product is a 2-inch diameter by 1-inch width mounted flap wheel designed with premium aluminum oxide abrasive grains, resin bonded to X-weight cloth flaps. These flaps are arranged in a circular fan-like pattern around a straight 1/4″ steel shank. As the wheel is used, the flaps gradually wear down, continuously exposing fresh abrasive material for consistent cutting performance and extended service life. The flap wheel offers flexibility, allowing it to conform to irregular shapes, making it ideal for grinding, blending, or polishing complex surfaces, including inside pipes, tubes, and contoured parts. It operates at speeds up to 15,200 RPM and is suitable for both curved and flat workpieces in tight or intricate spaces.
