This product is a 4-1/2-inch diameter Type 29 (beveled-style) flap disc designed for finishing, weld blending, and edge contouring on metal surfaces. It is made with premium zirconia abrasive flaps, bonded with resin adhesive onto a fiberglass backing plate. The Type 29 beveled design allows for grinding at steeper angles, increasing surface contact for effective material removal and blending on flat or contoured surfaces. The overlapping flap structure continuously exposes fresh abrasive to maintain consistent grinding performance and cooler cutting.
