Loctite 492141 is LOCTITE® 262—a red, high-strength, thixotropic, anaerobic threadlocker formulated for the permanent locking and sealing of metal fasteners. It cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal threads to prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration, fluoresces under UV for quality control, and is designed for larger bolts and studs (up to about M25) where migration control and long-term reliability are critical.
